The ERN EURO-NMD, an EU-initiated and funded disease network, is developing a European care pathway for people with ALS as part of the JARDIN Joint Action and is asking patients, family members, and caregivers to participate in a voluntary survey about their experiences and needs. The responses will help improve care and support for ALS patients in Europe in a practical way, without involving medical interventions or changes to treatment.
